Have you ran any stablity tests on your system? What are the processor temps like before the crashes occur?

The dmp's pointed to a system hardware problem of some sort. Maybe a processor problem.
Maybe reinstalling the processor might help or perhaps a voltage adjustment in bios would help.

Start by updating the bios to latest. And also visit NVIDIA's website for latest video card driver.

Install latest chipset drivers from here:

    http://downloads.guru3d.com/Mainboar...VIDIA_c19.html

    Uninstall or update these drivers:

    bcgame bcgame.sys Thu Feb 16 12:34:05 2006
SI3132 SI3132.sys Wed Oct 03 14:39:29 2007 << for RAID card, maybe is latest already, check Silicon Images site
SiWinAcc SiWinAcc.sys Thu Jun 14 20:02:02 2007 << for RAID card, maybe is latest already, check Silicon Images site
    SiRemFil SiRemFil.sys Wed Jun 20 15:42:10 2007

    And completely uninstall AVG.
