    Hello Muralikrishna,

It's a refresh issue. I'm not sure what may have caused it on your computer, but usually refreshing (F5 or View and Refresh) the window or restarting the computer gets rid of this ghost file.

    Hope this helps some,
    Shawn

Thank you Shawn .. i absolutely agree with you that most of the time it could be a refresh issue .. i did refreshed the screen (f5) ... but i wonder i could still see the folder in the window ... it stays for a min sometimes.

Not sure why it is doing this, but it will not hurt to run a sfc /scannow command to see if it can find and fix any bad system files that may be responsible.

Just some questions to see if it may help weed out a cause:
    • Was your computer always doing this? If not, then doing a system restore using a restore point dated before it started may be able to fix it.
    • Did you do a clean or upgrade install to Windows 7? If upgrade, it could be a issue from it not being a clean install.
    • Are the folders that you delete on a network drive, or is this with all folders and/or file no matter where they are?
    • Do you have the latest graphics driver installed?
    • What AV or anti-malware programs are you using? As a test, you might uninstall them one by one temporarily to see if the folders still do this.
