    BSOD Trouble

    Hello,I'm new here :)

So recently,my system has been having BSODS out of nowhere, mostly happen when im away from the PC.I've been suspecting the RAM to be faulty even though I can play games without any trouble.

Here are all the dump files.

Hi. Uninstall AVG from the system as it is the number one cause of bsod on the pc of all software.

Update this driver/app to the latest 2009 version:

    ASACPI ASACPI.sys Wed Oct 18 01:44:46 2006

    Enjoy.

Thanks torrentg, if AVG makes a lot of trouble , what AV should one be using ? Nod32 ?

I'm trying to update the ASACPI but I have no idea where in Asus support to get the latest one.

Under the utilities section from this link, install this -

    ASUS PC Probe II V1.04.75 for Windows XP/XP 64bit/Vista/Vista 64bit Win7 32bit/64bit

About a new av - you can have a look in the security part of the forum to see what others say about them. MSE, Kaspersky, Avast are all probably alright.

That link has other drivers like chipset, audio, lan etc...

Install them too if they're newer than what you have already.
