Screen Fuzzy, then Blue Screenlue screen

    Cool, thanks.

    As far as updates, I only started with win7 about 3 weeks ago and I've done all the windows and IE updates (I use Firefox, but whatever) that were available at that time. I don't recall this happening the first week or so, but that may be faulty.

    I think (crosses fingers) that I may have found the solution.

    While noodling around with the settings, I found the NVIDIA settings and set everything to be controlled by the video card rather than the program using the video card (i.e. Win7).

    I haven't had a crash yet (12 hours) and I was experiencing them every 10-30 minutes. I even turned SETI@home back on.

    Nope. It worked fine for two days, now it's getting worse and worse.

    I found a pretty good card on Amazon.

    Installed new video card last night. Everything is fine.

    There were eight capacitors n the old card. Everyone was cracked open and three had fluids leaking out.

    Hmmm... that might just explain the random video crashes...
