BSOD Windows 7 32 bits Plz Help

    well i didnt find anything :/ just a bunch of programs that scan and update drivers but nothing worked :S im gonna do a clean install and if i doesnt work i might return to xp again i have no problem with that.. btw thanks all for the help i really didnt expect any and so fast... thanks guys if u have any other suggestions feel free to post ill be checking the post till i return to xp if i do that anyways..

    Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers

    and rename it to ptserial.bak

    Disable your modem in the device manager.

    Then reboot.

    ---Or, update the driver instead of all that.
