    Hi.

Boot to the Windows DVD and clean install while formatting.

Hmm is there a simpler way? Because I don't have the windows 7 DVD with me at the moment. There isn't a windows explorer I can donload from the windows website?

No simpler way. Your pc had an active malware infection. From that point on, no telling what it has done or will continue to do.

Clean install while formatting is the only way to proceed. If you have anything you want to keep, attach the drive to another computer with antivirus solution. Scan the files you want to keep with the antivirus and Malwarebytes too. Then copy the files to another location.

Put the drive back in original pc and install Windows while formatting.
