It's a little simpler than that although that was good advice.

Probably caused by : motmodem.sys ( motmodem+31d1 )
Uninstall the software. No good.
But you'll be much
better off by uninstalling AVG too, the highest bsod/poor performance/poor stability causer on pcs.
Reinstall the software after uninstalling AVG. If it still crashes then use neither.
