First thing to do is visit NVIDIA's site and install the latest graphics driver
. It's good for troubleshooting purposes to run the latest and to eliminate as a possible factor.
Since it's a new computer, visit the maker of your ram for exact Vdimm (memory voltage) and timings. Manually adjust your bios accordingly, after updating the bios to latest.
Use the spd tab of CPU-Z if you need to find the model number of the ram.
Also in the bios, ensure Plug and Play OS is set to yes. And no overclocking please, for troubleshooting reasons and purposes. CPU-Z can help you determine if you are or not. After it's fixed, you can set it how you wish.
