Windows 7 boots and does nothing

Hi I have got a problem when I reboot windows 7 on my computer nothing happens I have to keep turning it off then back on and then it boots up correctly.

For some reason it looks like it is hibernating but I don't know why I cant boot it up from a reboot.

I have moved my mouse, pressed keyboard and nothing.

Look forward to hear from you,

Regards Paul

Hi Paul

Does it do the same thing if you safe boot (F8)?

I booted it up in safe mode and that worked fine, i then restarted the system,

looks like it was booting up my monitor had a black screen but as if it was loading something then it went fully black so i had to turn my machine off and then i turned it back on and it worked.
