One likely problem is network card (NIC) driver? How old is it? If it's integrated, then you should consider to upgrade BIOS as well.

How do i update my bios??? I've tried msi live update, and it says current version 2.50, online version 2.50.... well...just take a look at the screenshot attached.

Also, please run one of these free, independent online malware scans to ensure that your current protection hasn't been compromised: Malware (read the details at the link)

This looks like a network problem (and I suspect your McAfee products - see the next paragraph). If you've updated your network drivers, then it's gotta be something else in the chain. Have you checked your modem/router/cables? Have you tried another network card (they're about $15 US at any retailer)?

It's also possible that your McAfee product is causing this issue
Please download a free antivirus to test with. I recommend these: Free AntiVirus
Uninstall all of the McAfee products from your system
Then remove the remnants using this free tool: How to uninstall or reinstall supported McAfee consumer products using the McAfee Consumer Products Removal tool (MCPR.exe)
IMMEDIATELY install and update the free antivirus.
Test to see if this cures the BSOD's

Well, to update the drivers you google their name and match up the results of the google search with what's installed on your computer.

For example, all the files that start with mfe... (mfeapfk.sys, mfeavfk.sys, mfehidk.sys, and mfetdik.sys) are most likely associated with your McAfee software. So you'll have to update that. I'd suggest removing it completely and installing a free antivirus while you're testing things ( Free AntiVirus )

The issues with Security Center and Internet Security applications aren't very evident when analyzing problems with systems. In most cases removing the app is a last resort (because we're out of all other ideas).

This is why I don't recommend these kind of applications - because when they go bad they'll have you pulling your hair out. Mostly it's the firewall feature that causes issues - but there's other things that can go wrong also.

With the firewall, I haven't used a 3rd party firewall since XP (the old Sygate Personal Firewall freeware). With Vista and 7 I use the Windows Firewall. If you need/want a more customizable firewall, I'd suggest that Sphinx Software add on for the Windows Firewall: Windows 7 Firewall Control : Sphinx Software
