all my settings and documents were deleted after a BSOD

After I rebooted after a bsod, all of my settings and documents had been erased. My account still existed, but everything had been reset and anything in the Documents, Music, etc. folders was gone. Is there any way to fix this?

Probably. you will need some recovery software like recuva. Dont install anything dont change anything. best thing you can do till you get recuva is to leave it off
