Please zip up the contents of the C:\Windows\Minidump directory.
Then upload/attach the .zip file into your next post. Use the paperclip icon to attach things.

I'd also suggest running these tests:
    H/W Diagnostics:
Please start by running these hardware diagnostics:
http://www.carrona.org/memdiag.html (read the details at the link)
http://www.carrona.org/hddiag.html (read the details at the link)

Also, please run one of these free, independent online malware scans to ensure that your current protection hasn't been compromised: http://www.carrona.org/malware.html (read the details at the link)

Not a problem, glad to help out!

The BSOD's seem to blame the Intel Wireless Driver (NetW5s64.sys).
    Please follow these steps:
    Driver Removal and Reinstallation:
    Please do the following:
    - download a fresh copy of the latest Win7 version of the program for this driver from the Intel website (NOT from Windows Update or from the Update driver function in Device Manager). If there are no Win7 drivers, post back for further instructions on installing Vista drivers using Compatibility mode.
    - uninstall the current version from your system
    - install the freshly downloaded version
    - check to see if you have any further BSOD's
Lot's of older drivers on the system also. You should probably update them also. Pay particular attention to those dated 2005, 6, and 7:
    Code:
    iirsp.sys Tue Dec 13 16:47:54 2005

I just wanted to add one thing Moh4mm3D, if you would like your laptop to open up quickly i don't really recommend sleeping, the computer would be working with no light, try Hibernating, your computer fully shuts down, but it picks up right where it stopped when you turn it on, try it sometime :)
