No it does not mean the ram isnt faulty if it find no errors, but that's the case most of the time thought.

It can also be a compatiblity problem with the ram and the mobo. It's hard to say.


Honestly, try with 4 gig only. You do not need 8 gig of ram anyway, unless you do major video or graphism editing. some mobo do not like having more than 2 ram module in. it might be an issue in your case. Test it.
