BSODs in Win 7 pro
Hello,
I'm running W7 Pro, and have been having problems with BSODs. I recently purchased a powered usb hub, and on three separate occasions, I received a BSOD error related to the USB. I can't remember exactly what the error was, as the computer's activity log notes the crash, but not the language that was used on the screen at the time of the BSOD (unless I'm missing something).
I thought I fixed this problem by running the USB hub WITHOUT power. I hadn't had any problems in over a week since I did that, but then today my computer BSOD'd when I clicked on a hyperlink. This time, I got a different message on screen that stated "PFN_LIST_CORRUPT." I know my memory is good, so that can't be the problem. What could cause this crash? The USB hub? If so, why is a hub crashing the system?
