    read this:
    Shows a list of system recovery options that you can use to repair startup problems, run diagnostics, or restore your system. This option is only available if you have the 100 MB System Reserved partition created during the installation of Windows 7, or if you have a OEM factory recovery partition instead of a Windows 7 installation disc. If you have a Windows 7 installation disc, the System Recovery Options are located on the installation disc as well.

    All you need to do a Startup Repair is a Repair Disc. To make one, find a machine with the same version of Windows 7 and follow these instructions.

    Look, don't worry about the dll files. You will probably just damage things more using stuff like that. I personally would not trust them.

    ok thanks im downloading the file and i will burn it and then repair windows 7 thank you for your help and kevin is a computer technician and i am a client of his he installed my copy of windows 7 (legally)

    it didnt work i inserted cd after burning the iso and i even went to f8 there was no option to repair computer and i am using 32bit and i do have the 32bit iso what is going on
