Error on Booting Windows 7

I got Windows 7 today and I was using it for like 6 hours until I wanted to install a skin from Deviant Art. I looked up a tutorial on it and it told me to download this uxtheme.dll and 2 more files and then rename my old files with a .old extension then replace them so thats what I did and I took ownership on the files and did it but when I tried to add the new ux.theme.dll and 2 other files with the ones i was supposed to it gave me this error "Microsoft-windows-system-libraryloader-l1-1-0.dll is missing could not use ui". I restarted my computer and it gave me the error crash screen and gave me the option to start windows normally, so I did. I started it and I got the same error I could log in but when I logged in the screen went black and i could still see my cursor but nothing was loading.
any help?? how do I replace this .dll i have a command prompt thing but I don't have my CD with me to reinstall it any solutions without using the cd thanks

im using windows 7 32 bit
