C&C 3 - No Mouse with Win 7

PC: Windows 7 home premium 64; amd phenom II quad; 8GB; ATI Radian HD 3200

Ok, downloaded from EA website, installed = no issues. Game runs but when it opens to menu screen there is no mouse. Re-installed and still the same , anyone have a solution?

Once it happened to me also, for some game. I remember changing Screen resolution fixed the issue. However, you should be able to scroll between the menu options to do the same...!!!
