i've disconnected the internet connection and it works! can you share that solution via device manager?

    thanks in advance!
    Hello,

I'd suspect this is an issue with your network adapter drivers. You could try updating them, or you can upload a MSINFO32 report and we can get you a link to the updates. To do that, enter MSINFO32 into the start menu, and then go to File>Export. Stick the .IFO file into a ZIP folder and attach it to your next post via the paperclip button.
thanks a lot, i tried to find the network adapter duriver, but couldnt find one for windows 7, here is attached the msinfo32 file, thanks for the help!

The ethernet drivers for your board should be found in the nForce package: Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers

    Evening Gents,

Just seen this post regarding windows not shutting down unless disconnected from internet. This problem has just started on my machine and I'm stuck. Can you please tell me what's the full story of how to rectify this internet problem.

Thanks in advance for all and any help.

HI sending my msconfigsys report for network drivers.

HI sending my msconfigsys report for network drivers. it did solve the improper shutting down of my laptop when i turned of my internet. however I would like help maybe there is still something wrong somewhere as my laptop still crashes down all of a sudden, no pattern at all. sometimes it lets me watch videos for a time and then it crashes and restarts or when i just turn on the laptop and it crashes right away.
this has been to service centers back and forth I got tired of it.
    I hope somebody could help.

report is in attachment. ty i hope i attached it properly though
