    Windows 7 dump file


    Hi, I am introduce myself on this forum.

    I would like to know what cause the crash of my windows 7 system with a "lovely" blue screen.

    hi and welcome

    this crash was probably caused by Gigabyte's Dynamic Energy Saver Advanced program. ... gdrv.sys

    I would update the bios.
    run a system file check to verify and repair system files to do that
    type cmd in search>right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow

    If you overclocking stop

    Help with reading dump file


    Hi,

    I will appreciate it very much if you can help in reading the attached dump file. I am getting a BSOD everytime I try to shutdown my Windows 7 Ultimate x64 laptop.
