    Help me, fix my computer from BSOD


    Hi senior, sorry if i sassy, because i'm still new here ...

    I want to ask how to fix some bluescreen error in my computer ..

    In some thread when i read, all of them upload their dump files, but the problem i cannot start my computer ..

    When the bluescreen appeared it will restart, then the bluescreen appeared again and also restart again, so i cannot do anything ...

    Can you start in safe mode..( tap the f8 key during boot ).. if so, go to c:/windows/minidump and ZIP up the .dmp file and attach it to your next post so we can take a look at it...

    Hi and welcome

    You have several problems going on. You have a driver that went bad, a memory proplem, and others

    It will probably be easir to just reinstall. DO you have the win 7 dvd?

    The easiest thing for you may be to just do a repair install. That way you dont have to reinstall all your apps. Boot from the dvd and click repair my computer

    The kittybots strike again <g> ... Ken is of course correct .. a re-install is going to be the easiest way to go in this situation... also, I would recommend that you make a system image after reinstallation and save it to a spare drive/partition in case you run into problems again...
