Boot Failure Occasionally

Windows 7 HP-64 Bit, on an MSI X48C Platinum. 250 Seagate Boot and an 80 GB backup drive reunning on RAID in BIOS, but no RAID array. 4GB DDR3, ATI X1950 Pro. PC Power and Cooling Silencer 750 power supply. Occasionally it fails to boot, and offers the "Start Windows Normally" and "Repair Windows Startup" options. Anyone have any suggestions???? When using the event viewer I get this:
