Computer crashes on first boot

    Computer crashes on first boot


    Everyday if i turn on my computer it will crash on the first boot. But if i hold in the power button to turn it off completyly then back on itl work. When it chrashes it restart when it gets to the windows loading screen, and if i let it restart windoes start up manager i get a blue screen. thanks

    navigate to c:/windows/minidump and zip up the .dmp file... attach it to your next post for analysis...

    I have two files what one is it. Thanks

    Edit: and what do i open the file with as when i use notepad it says access denied

    It happened again this morning but when it gets to starting windows it freezes instead of restarting
