Have you tried running the
sfc /scannow command in elevated command promt (run command promt as admin)?
It might pick up corrupted files and fix them,or if it cant fix it,it might still pick it up and then you can view the log for the problem by entering this command after its finished.
findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt
If that doesnt work you could try a
repair install
