what is really going on?

everytime i try to click on my desktop or icons i get this message:

Welcome to Seven Forums.

If this is a recent problem, you might try this. System Restore

If that doesn't work or is not an option, give this a try. SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

This is an explorer.exe issue and should be fixed with sft /scannow ... if for some reason it doesnt, I would do a repair install... Hope this helps...
