Kernel 41 task 63 freeze

The OS freezes completely when i start up and i'd need to manually restart it. So usually i'll restart it, let it boot up, start normally. everything is ok now.
Logbook he gives error kernel 41, task 63 (shutting down the PC improperly)
I was reading around and someone though it could be. RacTask, shutting down the PC improperly. But what is RACTASK ???
I have A dual channel memory DDR3 2X 2GB and I removed 1 memory .

Now he works fine but with only 2gb, why not in dual channel ???
