    Welcome to SF

Dump reports a driver error and points at thpdrv.sys
Assuming this is a toshiba laptop i believe that file relates to HDD protection program

    Hope this helps

Thanks, you are right about it being a Toshiba laptop.

    I couldn't find thpdrv.sys on my computer

I tried to update the driver my HDD protection protection, but it says I have the right one.

My problem is still occurring, are there any suggestions about how to fix this?

Uninstall the current HDD protection system, then download and install the one from the Toshiba website.
See if that fixes the corruption that Pauly identified.
