Need help with this BSOD

2GB DDR2 800 Crucial Ballistix DIMM 240pin PC6400
500GB (SATAII) Samsung HD501LJ

can any one help check the dumps for anything that would cause this.

Well yet more 64bit memory problems. These were probably caused by memory.

I would download memtestx86 and run it for 5 passes to see if it is memory or possibly a heat issue

Also sun system file check
type cmd in search>right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow
