Windows 7 pro 32bit and Outlook 07

Ok I have a problem (or 10)
I am in charge of deploying Windows 7 at my office. I started with a test environment of 7 PC's. They have all experienced crashes at some point and outlook 07 usually initiates it but there are some "out of place" errors in the logs.

If the box is left idle overnight it will almost always crash. Sometimes if outlook is opened it will crash regardless if it has been shutdown the night before or not.
Outlook reports an error "pst file was not closed properly, would you like to start outlook in safe mode" If you choose to do so outlook will not start at all. Then I have to run scanpst.exe to fix it.

Sometimes the boxes just lock down hard. They cursor wont move or anything. I have to manually power it off then restart. Then sometimes I get cannot locate profile and pst errors....

Here is what I have collected from the event logs:

Application log

Event ID 12293 error publishing KMS to DNS 0x8007232 This one happens multiple times per day and ends up with a forced reboot

Event3036 Content source cannot be accessed

Event 7001,7002,7003 All Outlook Errors or warnings

Event 63 Side by Side Activation content generation failed
event 8194 VSS

Outlook event 30

event 1504 Windows cannot update your roaming profile completely. Check previous events for more details

event 1000 Faulting application name: OUTLOOK.EXE, version: 12.0.6514.5000, time stamp: 0x4a89dc70
Faulting module name: OUTLOOK.EXE, version: 12.0.6514.5000, time stamp: 0x4a89dc70
Exception code: 0xc0000005

System log:
Event 11 custom Dll are being loaded for every application.

I am also getting a time sync error " time 1800ms was greater than allowed" or something like that

Any help is greatly appreciated

What the heck is going on!!!!!
