BSOD on startup Ntfs.sys,Win32k.sys

I just built my computer about a week ago and was running fine for about two days. The second day I started getting BSOD errors just as the system booted, or when I tried to run a program. I have ran a memory test, and checked the disk. All my drivers are up to date, and I am out of options. I can run fine in safe mode, which leads me to believe it is a driver that isn't working and not the hard disk or the memory. I have tried to read the dump files to the best of my ability, and the only errors that come up are Ntfs.sys, Win32k.sys,and Ntoskrnl.exe. If anyone is willing to look at the .dmp files and help me out I would much appreciate it.

Hi and welcome

Your crashes are all over the map. some caused by ntfs file system most by memory.

they are ugly. we need to start somewhere
I would suggest that somewhere be
dl and run memtestx86 for hours.(at least 5 in depth runs)
run a system file check\
type cmd insearch>right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow.

let us know the results
there are more agressive tools we can use but you will need to back up and have a win 7 dvd at hand just in case.

Ran the system scan and it came back ok. I will run memtest again once I finish some work. Once this thing boots, I have to get stuff done while I still can. Thanks for the help

With the large number of NTFS.SYS errors, I'm concerned about your hard drive.
It's probably a good idea to do a backup now - in case the hard drive is starting to fail.

Then, try this for a free hard drive diagnostic: HD Diagnostic

I ran memtest last night one stick at a time for about 3 hours each. They came back without any erorrs. But when I put both sticks back in I decided to run it through the test, and memtest will crash about ten seconds into it when both sticks are installed.

What is the make and model of each stick? Are they the GSkill one's mentioned in your system specs? Are they identical sticks
Are they on the compatibility list for your motherboard?
Did you test each stick in each slot?

I ran each stick one at a time in the same slot. They are G.Skill 2x2gb F3-10666CL9D-4GBPK and they were listed as compatible with my motherboard. When I ran them in memtest, the screen showed a configuriation that is different than what I have setup in the bios. It showed they were running at a different timing and frequency. But when I went into the options in memtest it should the right timing and frequency for them.

I tested one memory stick for 7 passes in a different slot than before. I am only using that one stick of memory and so far I haven't had any problems. But back to checking the hard drive for errors. I installed the program for Western Digital to check the drive for errors. I installed the program that allows use in windows instead of a boot disk, and it shows I only have a logical drive, and not a physical drive? Why? I made a boot disk for it and it comes up with a blank screen.

Try resetting your BIOS to default/safe/optimized values and see if that helps.
