I upgraded to Windows 7 from WinXP last month, and it worked properly. However, in these few days, it started to freeze even when I was engaging in some less-intensive activities like normal internet browsing and chatting.
When it froze, I couldn't do anything except forcing the computer to turn off manually. I restarted the PC and it appeared something like below. I clicked on the fix button, and Windows diagnosed but did nothing.

FYI, I checked with my PC's manufacturer and it said that my PC is compatible with Windows 7.
Here's the basic spec of my PC:
Intel Core 2 Duo CPU P7350 @ 2.00GHz
1 GB DDR2 Ram
I love Windows 7 so much that I don't wanna downgrade back to XP.
Can anyone help me?
