microsoft says this is a driver that does not handle power state transition requests properly such as
    • Shutting down
Suspending or resuming from Standby mode
      Suspending or resuming from hibernation

So to start could you goto the start orb and type Sigverif.exe then run it let me know what drivers come up ?

    the Riva tuner driver
    RivaTuner64.sys fffff880`0a6e1000 fffff880`0a6e8000 0x00007000 0x469d14e6 17/07/2007 19:13:42
is still present and I suggest for now remove it ?

use this tool autoruns for windows to stop drivers loading :)

unninstall your antivirus and in fact anything you can do without such as the bluetooth driver and see if you still get the bluescreen crash on shutdown ?

we have to try and find the driver that isn't coping with the shutdown procedure ?

addcat.exe is something from creative labs ?
udatel32.exe and udatel64.exe not sure but this could be soundcard drivers ?
I see lots of references in goole to WOW and another game ?

I don't mean for you to permanently unninstall and stop using anything so i appreciate you like your bluetooth headset but this is just about trying to nail down the cause of your crashes, then we could look at restoring what you like to use on your pc

like pauly says MSE comes highly recomended and windows firewall works well so maybe unninstall comodo for now and then upload your next minidump ?

P.S. is your BIOS up to date ?

    well so far so good

    got rid of comodo
    switched to mse
    got rid of rivaatuner
i have switched to evga precision for tuning my fans on my video card
and i installed the updated drivers for my soundcard from windows update
and since then things have been running nice shut down takes a few seconds now even with like 10 apps running
the only thing i need to do is get this bluetooth dongle going
in a few days if all is well ill try

if i may ask an offtopic question id like to ask you about setting up bluetooth and if i could just use my motherboard if it has infrared on it or do i need this dongle?
stupid question probably but id figure id ask
