Crash every 2hrs. No BSOD or Event ID's

I'm getting a bit frustrated with my computer. It crashes almost every two hours, give or take 5 minutes. I remember something similar when I was using vista. I got it straightened out, but I don't remember what it was.

It crashes every 2 hours. Even if I fall alseep with it turned on and it crashes it will even reboot at the log on screen. I don't see any event ids that give the reason. I've disabled my startup items in msconfig. I've set all the power functions to max

I've updated all my drivers and disabled any hardware I'm not using. I can tell right before it goes out. The hard drive spins a bit louder like it's searching for something then screen goes black and back to the bios.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to start troubleshooting this? My guess is there's some type of indexing going on and it's hitting a bad sector of one of my drives. But that's just a guess. Let me know what you think.
