Hello MiKe, welcome to the Seven Forums.
Except the last BSOD, all others were caused by a HP Protect Smart mobile data protection sensor driver:

On Wed 27.01.2010 16:04:40 your computer crashed
This was likely caused by the following module: hpdskflt.sys
Bugcheck code: 0x9F (0x4, 0x258, 0x863CE9A8, 0x8317AB24)
Error: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE
Dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\012710-44881-01.dmp
file path: C:\Windows\system32\drivers\hpdskflt.sys
product: Mobile Data Protection System
company: Hewlett-Packard
description: HP Disk Filter - SATA/RAID
This device is a sensor that monitors movements of your laptop and reduces system failures caused by accidental drops and shocks.
First of all, go to
Device Manager and uninstall this device by right clicking it and choosing
Uninstall. Reboot your laptop.
Attachment 50581
Then it's up to you: this device is not needed for your computer to run, so there's no need to install it. However, if you want it, download it from HP and reinstall. Because you have not given the exact model of your dv-7 laptop (dv7-XXXXyy), I can not give you a link to download page. Go to
HP United States, give the exact model of your laptop, choose your OS and look for
HP ProtectSmart Hard Drive Protection.
I have it installed because my laptop is quite often "on the road" and I feel it is like a seat bealt in a car. You wish you never need it but it's there if something happens.
