Windows 7: Weird Bluescreen Errors W7, New Laptop

Hey all, any help is needed, would like to find what is resulting in Blue screens. i was thinking perhaps the drivers installed or install files of Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit OS. The laptop is a new HP Pavillion Entertainment PC which had windows 7 home premium pre-installed on it. Not sure what to do.

I was hoping the community could off me some advice. You will find the Mindumps of the Blue screens attached.

Except the last BSOD, all others were caused by a HP Protect Smart mobile data protection sensor driver:
This device is a sensor that monitors movements of your laptop and reduces system failures caused by accidental drops and shocks.

First of all, go to Device Manager and uninstall this device by right clicking it and choosing Uninstall. Reboot your laptop.

Then it's up to you: this device is not needed for your computer to run, so there's no need to install it. However, if you want it, download it from HP and reinstall. Because you have not given the exact model of your dv-7 laptop (dv7-XXXXyy), I can not give you a link to download page. Go to HP United States, give the exact model of your laptop, choose your OS and look for HP ProtectSmart Hard Drive Protection.

I have it installed because my laptop is quite often "on the road" and I feel it is like a seat bealt in a car. You wish you never need it but it's there if something happens.
