    Code:
Microsoft Management Console has stopped working.

    Description:

    Problem signature:
      Problem Event Name: APPCRASH
      Application Name: mmc.exe
      Application Version: 6.1.7100.0
      Application Timestamp: 49ee94f3
      Fault Module Name: mscorwks.dll
      Fault Module Version: 2.0.50727.4927
      Fault Module Timestamp: 4a27466f

      OS Version: 6.1.7100.2.0.0.256.1

    Hi Dennis and welcome

we really could use the dmp file as well as a snapshot of the event viewer critical errors.

you can use these for the dmp file. https://www.sevenforums.com/crash-loc...d-problem.html

let us know if you need help with this

    Hi zigzag3143,

    thanks for your quick response!

There is only 1 file located in "C:\Windows\Minidump\" and its "date modfied" is set to august 17th 2009. So I think the file is to old. Is there any service (or something else) that must be enabled to use the minidump?

    Dennis.
