More Unexpected Shutdowns

I have a new Sony Vaio that shuts down multiple times each week. Here's the minidump. Any ideas?

Hi and welcome

Most of these were caused by your video driver. One by your raid

I would uninstall the driver and download and install a fresh copy

Update your raid driver

run a system file check
type cmd in search>right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow

Let us know if you need help with this

Thanks. By "video driver," I assume you meant my Nvidia display adapter. I removed and reinstalled it. Did you mean something else?

In my Device Manager, where do I find the RAID? Or is there another way to find that current driver?
