win 7 high cpu usage on 2 services help

    Hello.
    I need help with win 7 x64.
I've isolated services and find that plugplay service and audioendpointbuilder started taking cpu always at the same time.
When services weren't isolated with sc cmd i could only restart my pc bu some times problem showed again upon new start.

After i've isolated 2 services my problem starts randomly and sometimes exits randomly but after some time starts again. Drivers are all up to date and some are selectively disabled like ati high definition audio.
I've run sfc /scannow with no problems.
Here are the procces explorer threads and their stacks if someone could help out.(also have set up symbols in proc ex)

    plugplay service

It seems that cleaning the startup items worked for me.

The CPU was at about 30% eaten by this ntdll.dll!EtwTraceMessageVa+0x130
I noticed that after i turned off the internet connection the cpu went down, looking like an application trying to connect or update smth.

I unchecked Adobe stuff in msconfig and after reboot the cpu cores are stable below 2-5% in idle mode.

Sorry for not answering. My resolution was to disable integrated audio and buy new pci sound card. It was the VIA driver issue. My mainboard is ASUS M3N78-VM - (faulty win7 x64 drivers but working on xp32 & x64)
