I have been searching for a solution and have the same problem as you, we also have the same model motherboard the only difference is that I don't get blue screen my sytem just restarts itself at windows startup once or twice or makes me repair install and then works fine until left overnight again. Maybe its related to the CMOS battery or some setting in bios?

Here are my specs

AMD phenom ii x4 965
Gigabyte GA-MA785GPMT-UD2H
ATI 5850
4 gb G.Skill 1333
320gb western digital
Windows 7 x64 ultimate

I am also going to check memory timings since this board did not set them to G.Skill timings.
Hi there... I think it was my motherboard with the issue. I took it back to where i bought it and they changed the motherboard to a GA-P55-USB3 and the problem seems to have corrected itself. They werent sure if it was a faulty motherboard or compatibility issues but im just glad the problems fixed.
