| | Blue Screen I recently built my first HTPC system. It tends to crash while playing picture/audio files and I receive the following error message: Problem signature: Problem Event Name: BlueScreen OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3 Locale ID: 1033 Additional information about the problem: BCCode: 116 BCP1: FFFFFA80082B04E0 BCP2: FFFFF88003E46CB0 BCP3: 0000000000000000 BCP4: 000000000000000D OS Version: 6_1_7600 Service Pack: 0_0 Product: 768_1 Files that help describe the problem: C:\Windows\Minidump\012810-27375-01.dmp C:\Users\ecooper\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-49843-0.sysdata.xml Read our privacy statement online: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=104288&clcid=0x0409 If the online privacy statement is not available, please read our privacy statement offline: C:\Windows\system32\en-US\erofflps.txt I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it but my photo drive was added to the system from a WindowsXP 32 bit system and I am now running Windows7 64bit OS. I just received an error message that this drive is reporting errors but the crashes were happening prior to receiving the hard disk error. Thanks in advance for any heelp you can provide. |
