BSOD Issue on Mostly Unreal Engine 3 Games

NVR0FLASHDev was originally part of nTune, now known as nVidia Performance

Uninstall all the nVidia stuff from your system, then reboot and see if this device is still trying to load (there have been difficulties reported when removing it. If it's gone, please download fresh drivers from the nVidia website and install them ( Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers )

Although I don't speak Turkish, the systeminfo report and the MSINFO32 report (in your attachment) indicates that you're running Win7 with Service Pack 2 installed. If this is a legitimate copy of Windows 7 there is something seriously wrong with with your installation and it should be reinstalled. If it's an illegal copy of Windows 7, there's not much that we can do to help you.

It appears that all of your drivers are dated 2009 or later - so that shouldn't be an issue with your system.
