What are you using to extract the file ?
If its a third party program, try uninstalling it and reinstalling it.

If its the Windows 7 extractor go to command promt and right click it and run as admin
Then type SFC /SCANNOW
That will try to fix problem directly related to Windows 7

Hello SiepelRocker, and welcome to Seven Forums.

This may be a bad "Context Menu" item. Using the program ShelExView below, try disabling the "Context Menu" items under the "Type" column one by one to test to see which one may be the cause of this problem. It will usually be one added by a 3rd party program that you installed and not a Microsoft one.

ShellExView - Shell Extension Manager For Windows

and

Right-click is slow or weird behavior caused by context menu handlers

Hope this helps,
Shawn
