Windows 7: BSOD on startup again. Minidump attached!

BSOD on startup again. Minidump attached!

Started up windows and came BSOD when said " Windows starting up ".. I use 7 64-bit and here is the minidump. Please someone could analyze It? I ran memtest86+ for 6 passes without errors so memory Isn't failing.

Hello again, i made another thread about me bluescreening cause of "tcpip.sys" and "e1x62x64.sys" I just formatted and did a fresh install of windows, and now i got my 2 first bluescreens, both blaming tcpip.sys The bluescreen ID on my last windows changed from 1033, to 1044 now. THANKS...

Hey everyone, I am having so much trouble with this PC. I dont understand whats causing the BSOD. I have reformatted and went to 64 bit and its still having the same problems. I have updated my video card, I removed AVG. :cry: Any help is greatly appreciated.
