    Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Power Issue

Hello. I am currently running a 6730b HP Notebook. My OS is Windows 7 (64-bit) Ultimate Build 7100. As of late, my computer has been randomly shutting off while running basic tasks (such as trying to run Windows Experience Index, etc). All my drives are up to date through the HP website and Windows.
    Config is:
    Intel(R) Core2 Duo CPU P8600 @ 2.40GHz
    4 Gigs of Memory
Graphic Devices - Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family
    System Board - 30DD KBC Version 96.22
    System BIOS - 68PDD Version F.13
Hard Drive - ST9160412AS ATA Device (160 gig)

Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance.

No evidence of BSOD's in the attached file. Please do the following:
    Upload Dump Files:
Please go to C:\Windows\Minidump and zip up the contents of the folder. Then upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
Left click on the first minidump file.
Hold down the "Shift" key and left click on the last minidump file.
Right click on the blue highlighted area and select "Send to"
Select "Compressed (zipped) folder" and note where the folder is saved.
Upload that .zip file with your next post.

If you have issues with "Access Denied" errors, try copying the files to your desktop and zipping them up from there. If it still won't let you zip them up, post back for further advice.

If you don't have anything in that folder, please check in C:\Windows for a file named MEMORY.DMP. If you find it, zip it up and upload it to a free file hosting service (not RapidShare as the analysts usually can't download from it) - then post the link to it.
Then, follow the directions here to set your system for Minidumps (much smaller than the MEMORY.DMP file): Set MiniDump
The step to "Ensure that "Automatically restart" is unchecked" will ensure that the system stops at the BSOD (if it's there). Then you'll be able to tell if this is a BSOD crash - or a system shutdown that doesn't allow a BSOD

I cannot seem to get the minidump set up correctly even though I have set it up. I know this isn't the correct way to display my problem...here is the even viewer info

"The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."
