Windows 7: bluescreen when deleting my own files

bluescreen when deleting my own files

hi been having some trouble with deleting some of my files

1. i high-lighted the files on my desktop (contains picture made on paint)
2. are you sure you want to delete 7 files (i click yes)
3. as soon as i click yes it goes stright to the bluescreen
4. it says (if this is the first time seeing this message restart your computer ect.)
5. at the very bottom it says (dumping fisical memory........13%) goes to 100% and then restarts
6. loads up pops up saying windows has recoverd from a unexpected shutdown
7. i try deleting the file again same process
