    BSOD ntoskrnl.exe ( nt+71f00 ) ???

    Hello everyone,

I am running Windows 7 Utimate 64-bit and I have gotten many random BSOD's while being use on internet . I have opened the dump files. And all of them say that probable cause is: ntoskrnl.exe ( nt+71f00 ).

    Attachment 53661

I have attached a .zip file with these dump files too.
I've passed the test of memory, no erreurs was dectected.

    Any information very much appreciated.

You have so many different causes I have to believe it is hardware related. Most likely memory. You checked the memory with what application and for how long.

The DMP cannot determine the offending hardware so we are going to have to approach the problems one at a time

    I would

Download memtestx86 and run for at least 5 passes more would be better. It not only tests the memory but will point out if a heat issue exists

    Run a system file check
type cmd in search>right click it and run as admin>sfc /scannow
let us know the results as you may need to run it more than one

If you are overclocking STOP. put everything back to default

Let us know if you need help

    Ken.

    Many thanks to you,

    To answer your question :

    1. You checked the memory with what application and for how long.

I used memory diagnostic tool on BIOS de DELL. I passed 6 hours to test memory but no erreurs are detected.

    Here're 4 image results :
