Programs Dont Respond In The Next Morning!

Hello ppl im new in the forum....
A have the following problem:
My pc works ok and super fast with windows 7... everything is ok during the day ...but at night, when i go to sleep and my pc stays awaked with only utorrent downloading... in the next morning i try to open a few programs like nero or winrar or any other .exe nothing works! even the arrow (with the restart & logoff & sleep button) next to the shutdown button doesn´t work...the only thing i can make is to shutdown the pc...and after turning it on again everything is ok. Please help.

I have the following Optimization&Care Software ( Maybe this is causing some kind of incompatibility):
Free window registry repair
TweakNow PowerPack
Your Cleaner

I also have the hibernation turned OFF And the tweak Force unload unused .dll's from memory.

Thanks ! Sorry my bad english :P
