Random BSoD, I have some info for it.

After multiple attempts to retrieve the minidump file, I figured i was doing it wrong. But Microsoft somehow sent this message to me.....(look below)
Not really sure what it all means, HOWEVER, when the next BSoD occurs, I will have .zip the file ASAP.
But here is what I have found so far.

Thanks for ANY help in advance!!!
    Thank you!

Thanks, I went there and read that, however, I didnt know you had to set that up. the small mem dump on my computer says 128, not 64, which confused me. I will wait untill the next bsod.

I have tried updating my graphics card from intel from their site, an error occured. go figure.

No, BSod yet again. I guess I have to wait. In the meantime, i uninstalled firefox cuz it seems as though the problems started after I installed firefox.

Not having the DMP file, I can look and see the bug check C000000005 is memory related. Cant say for sure unless I have the DMP file

I did the memory check you guys mentioned in other posts, but nothing came up. also did a disc check for errors as well. but nothing is coming up.
I will most certainly get that DMP file if it happens again....

Weird, I noticed last night my fan stopped working, then its working all over again....

So, the problem Im having after a BSoD is that it does NOT put any information into the minidump file.
When the blue screen pops up, it doesnt do anything. Never goes away from that screen.
    "initializing"

    that doesnt sound too great....

im not sure how to retrieve the minidump if nothing is going into it...

how would allow the minidump to work? i have already selected the small memory dump, but when i get the blue screen it never goes past "initializing" so im never able to get those minidump files for people to see
