    Windows 7 freezing up randomly.

    Hello.
My computer keeps crashing like many others by the looks of these forums. None seem to quite have the exact same problem as me though and so i'll make this thread in hopes of some ideas on how to go about fixing this issue.

Let me describe as good as possible exactly what happends when the computer freezes up.

It seems totally random, it can happen just about any time while using the computer, when logging into windows after just typing in password and username, when watching videos on the mediaplayer, when playing games, when listening to podcasts or streams via explorer... and of course when idle aswell. Some days it will not freeze up at all, some days, like today, it will do so 4 times in a row.

There are 2 types if error in eventviewer, Windows Messenger and 'SideBySide' -> Windows Moviemaker i belive. They do not seem to relate to the problem though?

I'm not to savvy with windows but i would not call myself totally clueless, had it been a hardware issue i might have been able to guess what the problem was, over the years i had a powersupply burning up, GPU aswell.. memory sticks going bad and so on, but this issue has me pulling my hair out. Anyone else had these problems? Got a solution? Help me please.

    Upload your dmp files

    Upload Dump Files:
Please go to C:\Windows\Minidump and zip up the contents of the folder. Then upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
Left click on the first minidump file.
Hold down the "Shift" key and left click on the last minidump file.
Right click on the blue highlighted area and select "Send to"
Select "Compressed (zipped) folder" and note where the folder is saved.
Upload that .zip file with your next post.

If you have issues with "Access Denied" errors, try copying the files to your desktop and zipping them up from there. If it still won't let you zip them up, post back for further advice
