Hello
I have had this BSod 2 times this month,It is the only time it has happen.It said both times when it happen win32k.sys then rebooted.It happen on the 14th and then again today.I was on the internet both times it happen.

Where did you get the win 7 image? The build number is not a valid MS build number.

Hello Welcome to SF,
I guess multiple issues are going on. Lets start with basics. If your Overclocking please stop. Make sure your BIOS has the latest firmware. If you using any Antivirus or Firewall uninstall it and see whether that make any difference. win32k.sys is bascially a GUI related driver. So its worth uninstalling the current Display driver and download the driver from vendors website and NOT from Windows update. There are some old drivers even 2002 might more likely can casue lot of trouble.
You build number is different "Built by: 7600.16481.x86fre.win7_gdr"where did you get the copy of Windows 7 ??
Run the Memory Diagnostic & HD Diagnostic
Also i would recommend to run System Integrity Checker
Start > Run > CMD >Right Click and Run as administrator > SFC/ SCANNOW

The copy on Windows came from Microsoft.I got it free from them for hosting a launch party.It is a Signature series worth about 300 bucks.It is signed by one of the developers.and thanks for the info on the drivers that are out of date. And no I am not overclocking.Bios is up to date.The antivirus is Microsoft Security Essentials.I have it on all my PC's that are running Win 7 and no problems.

I have done this and it found nothing wrong
The display drivers are from the vendor and are as updated as they are going to get.They switched over to Legacy drivers,They are the only drivers that work with my card they might have updates for the card.I check every so often but if you know ATI when the switch to legacy the drop support for the drivers.I guess I should upgrade my card.
Now those drivers that are out of date I don't think there are any newer ones I know there is not for the xbcd.sys xbaudio.sys as there are XP drivers for a Xbox controller and headset.That is the 1st Xbox.I will have to check and se if there are newer for the other drivers.
Now when I ran the Blue screen program it said ntoskrnl.exe was the cause is there any way to change or replace that
ntoskrnl.exe is a Kernel file which most of the time the Dump will point to if it could find the exact reason. The BSOD most of the time happens when there is a bad or out dated driver that why we recommend to update the driver so we can make sure its compatible with Windows 7. Thanks for the help I will try to update those drivers if I can not I will uninstall them and see if that helps.
Oh one more thing the drivers xbcd.sys was installed on 11/18/2009 the driver xbaudio.sys was installed on 1/15/2010 the first BSOD happen on 2/14/2010 almost one month after install.The pcouffin.sys was installed on 11/14/2009 no updates for it.
The driver cmuda.sys is for my audio card C-Media AC97 no updates for it.and the last driver C-itnt.sys had to do with a web cam I had installed Ibm PC Camera it was not working right so I have uninstalled it. I hope that was the cause.I don't think the others are a problem since they where installed for awhile before I had a problem. We will see what happens now Thanks again for your help
