Still crashing and crashing - lose video

i KEEP LOSING MY VIDEO. i HAVE BEEN SO FRUSTRATED, i HAVE GONE TO REFPORMATTING MY HARD DRIVE, AND THEN REINSTALLING THE SOFTWARE, AND THEN HARDWARE PIECE BY PIECE.

I finally got a somewhat stable build, then, I tried to install my sound card and CRASH. Even after I uninstalled it - the system still kept crashing.

FOR a back ground - please see my precvious posts

HERE is what I am getting in the EVENT LOG

First - aall of my critical stops have to do with Power KErnel. Maybe this is because, after I lose video, I have to shut down the computer manually. when I look into the ecvent log, I keep reading about a bad network address, then the Snap-in has caniptions and I get:

"UNHANDLED EXCEPTION IN MANAGED CODE SNAP IT"

FX: {b05566ad-fe9c-4353-be05-7a4ccb7cb510}

The network address is invalid (exception from HRESULT 0X800

Exception type:

system.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException

Exception stack trace:
then a list of crap.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TJHANK - I close the window and I am told that the Snap-in is unavailable because i performed a non-valid operation

DOES ANY OF THIS MAKE SENSE - EVEN MY ERRORS SOUND LIKE THEY ARE HAVING ERRORS

Please forgive the typing - I suck
