    New computer keeps crashing-please help

    Hi,
I have a brand new Dell Vostro 1520, windows 7 64 bit Ultimate, about 30 days or so. It cashes very similarly to an eariler post today, sometimes once a day, sometimes a few times an hour, where all I can do is press the power button to turn off then on. I don't know how to get any information on it- maybe someone can point me there? I'm new on this forum and don't really know where to go and grab that info.

It does not happen with a particular program, it could be when I'm just browsing online, checking my email, watching a movie ,or working on something like quickbooks. Even once when I was playing Freecell!

Any ideas? Thanks for any help.
